Part of our team participated in the B-Shapes International Summer School on borders and Europe at the Institute for Minority Rights, Eurac Research in Bolzano/Bozen (Italy).

From 12 to 16 May 2025, Bozen/Bolzano became a vibrant hub for interdisciplinary exchange during the B-Shapes International Summer School – part of the Horizon Europe project B-ShapesBorders Shaping Perceptions of European Societies. It was organised by the Institute for Minority Rights at Eurac Research and Lungomare.

During the five-day programme, our team members Alessandra and Valentina joined 23 participants from 17 countries in an enriching, international, and interdisciplinary learning environment. The programme featured lectures by leading border scholars, seminars on innovative methodological approaches, interactive workshops, study visits, and cultural activities – all aimed at deepening the understanding of how borders shape perceptions of society, culture, and identity.
